In Internet Explorer 6 and 7, you can set your home page as follows:
- Go to the web page you want to use as your home page
- Click on the Internet Explorer "Tools" menu
- In the dropdown menu that appears, click "Internet Options"
- On the general tab (which is usually selected by default), click the "Use Current" button
- Click "OK" to close the Internet Options window
In Safari:
- Go to the web page you want to use as your home page
- In the Safari menu (usually at the top of the screen), click "Safari"
- In the dropdown menu that appears, click "Preferences"
- A preferences menu should appear -- click "General" if it is not already selected
- Click the "Set to Current Page" button
- Close the preferences window, using the red circle/X
In Firefox:
- Go to the web page you want to use as your home page
- Click the "Tools" menu
- Click "Options" in the dropdown menu that appears
- Click on the "Main" section in the Options window that appears, if not already selected
- Click "Use Current Page(s)" (note: if you have multiple tabs open, it may choose all of them)
- Click "Ok"
